Jennifer Mundt, Senior Legislative Analyst with the Research Division of the North Carolina General Assembly, and Erin Wynia, Legislative and Regulatory Issues Manager with the North Carolina League of Municipalities, will brief us on enacted environmental legislation and forecast issues that may come before the 2015 General Assembly when it convenes in January.
In the environmental arena, the General Assembly again focused much of its attention on regulatory reform during the 2014 legislative session.
