Abstract:

Dr. Moreau will review several of the major environmental issues faced by the Environmental Management Commission over the past 18 years, 16 of which he served as Chairman. He will discuss various roles played by EMC members in light of those issues. Also included will be a discussion of interactions between members of the EMC and the elected officials who appoint them.
