NC Division of Water Resources 401/Isolated Wetlands Updates - Webinar

Sue Homewood from the NC Division of Water Resources will present the following recent changes to DWR programs related to wetlands and waters.

• 2021 401 Water Quality General Certification updates (eff. 3/15/21)
• Temporary Non-jurisdictional Wetlands/classified Surface Waters Rules (eff. 5/28/21), General Permit, and related revisions to Isolated wetlands Rule

The presentation will provide an overview of the new 401 certifications and associated changes to filing applications and processing 401 water quality certifications and information about the new temporary rules, future permanent rules, and related permitting requirements for non-jurisdictional wetlands and waters.
